Our Club's annual race is the popular Sinfin Classic 10k. The course goes around the beautiful grounds of Elvaston Castle & Country Park.
2011's race was run on a new course. As usual, the course was over a mixture of grit-track and tarmac, winding its way through the beautiful castle grounds and along the river-side path. The race is flat and fast ... perfect for a PB.
We hope to see you again next year - 3rd June 2012.
2011 Results - 5th June 2011
Mark Powell of Wigston Phoenix won the race in a time of 31:52. The first lady home was Claire Smith of Hatton Darts in a time of 38:44.

2010 Results - 6th June 2010
Philip Mitchell won the men's race in a time of 34:24. The first lady was veteran Sharon Orridge from Long Eaton AC, finishing in a time of 38:25 (10th position overall).

2009 Results - 7th June 2009
Andy Ward from Clowne Road Runners won the race in a good time of 31:55, almost 2 minutes ahead of his nearest rival.
The first lady home was veteran Clare McKittrick from Charnwood AC, finishing in a time of 36:52 (13th position overall).
